1968
• Established under the 1956 Land Development Ordinance Section 42
• Three D’Mart stores were opened at Felda Sg. Buaya, Felda Gedangsa and Felda Sg. Klah
• Administration and management were conducted by Felda (Bahagian Kedai-Kedai Felda)
1972
• Establishment of Felda Stores Corporation
• 72 stores were in operation
1978
• Corporation name changed to “Perbadanan Kedai Felda”
• Increase in business areas including insurance, printing, food industry (coffee and rice factories) and petrol station
1996
• “Perbadanan Kedai Felda” was incorporated on 5th September 1995 subjected to Companies Act 1965
• Name changed to Felda Trading Sdn Bhd (FTSB)
• Acquisition of 51% by Felda Holdings Berhad and 49% by the Koperasi Permodalan Felda
• Increase in other business areas such as catering, stockiest poison and food industries
2008
• Capital co-owned entirely by Koperasi Permodalan Felda.
