Felda Trading Sdn. Bhd., formerly known as ‘Bahagian Kedai-Kedai Felda’ was established in 1968 under the Land Development Ordinance 1956 that initially operated 3 units of retail groceries outlet at Felda schemes namely Sg. Buaya, Gedangsa and Sg. Klah. In April 1978, ‘Perbadanan Kedai Felda’ changed its name to ‘Perbadanan Niaga Felda’ in consistent with company’s emerging growth in other business activities which include Insurance, Petrol Station and Retail, Printing and Advertising, Food Processing just to name a few. ‘Perbadanan Niaga Felda’ is incorporated under the Company Act 1965 on the 1st January 1996 which led to the establishment of Felda Trading Sdn. Bhd.
